We do not offer samples, the main reason is we openly acknowledge we can not get you the results you are looking for with just a few uses of our products. No, not everyone experiences a purge.

Purge lengths vary from person to person, as everyone has different levels of acne/breakout they are dealing with, different lifestyle factors, and have used different products on their skin that could be the cause of skin barrier damage. 

While some only purge for a day or two and others longer it is hard for us to say what to expect without knowing all of your skincare journey and details.  

If you are planning an important event such as a wedding and would like to ensure clear skin or just want to avoid the purge, we recommend getting an extraction facial along with the use of our products. Our products are best used within 4-6 months of opening to ensure the freshest quality and optimal results.

The bathroom is a haven for harmful bacteria, so it is ideal to use all skincare and cosmetics in the same window.

All of our products are tested against high heat and freeze conditions to ensure they maintain their quality. Since we only use natural ingredients we recommend storing your products out of direct sunlight and trying to avoid long exposure to high temperatures. This will help ensure the longest shelf life of the products. 

Some of our customers like to store their products in a cosmetic fridge and that is completely okay and will not affect the quality of our products.

We do not use fragrances in any of our products. However, the many natural oils, extracts, and floral and fruit waters we use do carry a natural scent that one would expect from such plants. These scents are light, refreshing, and fade within minutes of use on one's skin. 

Results do vary depending on where you are when you begin your new skincare journey with us. Lifestyle factors like diet, exercise, and certain medications also play an important role. You’ll see in our reviews that some customers notice results in days, while others see results in months. We source organic and wildcrafted ingredients from all over the world that specialize and deliver the most luxurious of ingredients and with the highest amount of nutrients for that plant from that particular location. Plants can vary in nutrition, where they are pulled, so we source oils and extracts that have the highest nutritional value based on the region. We also are meticulous in how our ingredients are extracted and avoid ingredients that are chemically extracted despite being plant-based. 

Plant Oils - never chemically extracted, we use first pressing, cold pressed fresh plant oils direct from farmers who have a passion for their craft. 

Essential Oils - We use steam distilled and the highest quality available with the most potent compounds in ideal, safe ratios. Many of our essential oils are organic or wildcrafted. 

Clays- free from heavy metals, our clays are rich in minerals and free from harmful substances.

We receive emails from time to time of ladies who have been using the products for about a week or two and notice an increase in the amount of breakouts. This is normal and can happen to some of our users.

The life cycle of a breakout can take up to 8 weeks to come to the surface of the skin. To clarify, here is a breakdown of the commonly asked question about the proper way to use our Radiant Cleansing Nectar and Flawless Nourishment Cream:

Radiant Cleansing Nectar Use:

Heavily spray the face with the Clarifying Hydration Dew, so that the skin is pretty saturated, just like you would if you were to get your face wet with the sink water. Next, make sure to shake the cleanser vigorously for about 10 seconds and then turn upside down and let it soak through to the bottom of the cotton. You will see the top side of the cotton pad oily and the other side more watery looking. Take the more oily side first and buff the skin vigorously all over the face and neck. Next, repeat the process with the damper side of the cotton pad. This process shouldn't leave you feeling greasy but more of a freshly, cleansed feeling. If you are still feeling oily, make sure to use more of the hydration dew. If you still feel oily even after that, take a warm washcloth and press it to the skin, but be careful not to wipe the skin.

Flawless Nourishment Cream Use:

With the Nourishment Cream, you need so little of this. It is a quarter of a pea size amount to scrape out. If you apply it and it doesn't feel like it has been absorbed within a minute or two, take the amount you're using down. Spray your face with the dew for quicker penetration and absorption.

No, the products will not clog your pores. Each of the ingredients were carefully chosen for their ability to help blackheads, whiteheads, and other clogged pores related to breakouts and acne.

While we do use a lot of oil, these particular oils are known for their properties and have been thoroughly tested (on humans) and studied for their benefit to problematic, breakout-prone skin. They will not clog your pores but will help keep skin balanced and hydrated.
